My Mom needs a paper, but our fax won’t work?
Okay, so we have a fax machine ‘brother IntelliFAX 2800′, and I need to get a paper to my Mom right away, at her work place.
Okay, so I put the paper in, put in the number, (I’ve tried the 1-area code- number, area code-number, and number, tried faxing with the store phone instead of the store fax number) and click Fax Start. It makes a dial sound, says, Check document, then it says remove document and press cancel. I do that, and there is a long beep.
What can I do?
Dude, you could be SO much more polite. We don’t have a manual. It’s an fax that came from my Dad’s old job. It was used and had no box.

Is your fax a scanner too? Just set the paper in the scanner, punch in fax number, hit number two to say no more pages to send and it should work. That way you don’t have to mess with feeding the fax machine which is probably why you’re getting an error.
