slr camera buying advice?

I am looking for a good slr film camera but i do not know much about the film slr. I work with digital slr but i want to try film slr cameras out.

Many are quite old.

Stick with Canon EOS or Nikon 35 mm SLR’s that are 15 years old or less. You can find them on craigslist for under $150 with a standard zoom lens

Is there a reason you are not looking for a 35 mm SLR that matches your existing DSLR system … it would make a lot more sense unless your system is a Canon … Any EF-S lenses you have, cannot be used on any of the full frame EOS cameras without damaging their mirrors … only EF lenses will work with them
