pentax 67ii v mamiya rb67 pro SD?
making the leap to 6×7. shoot a lot of scenes as well as portraiture. looking towards the rb67 more for it’s revolving back. any one had experience with both to help out? i just can’t choose.
in all honesty, i’d love a mamiya 7ii alas i’m a degree student and already in copious amounts of debt
I have an RZ67 and I must say I love it’s flexibility and the bellows focusing. I love interchangeable backs as well. Backs allow me to change the format of my RZ67 from 645 to 67 if I choose. Also allows me to go from B&W to Slide film in mid roll.
The Pentax is a good machine too. Not as flexible but it is lighter.
Some consider the lenses made for 7ii the finest that have ever been made for the 67 format, however, as you alluded too, they are extremely expensive.
