I have a wireless Brother HL – 2170W which i connect with 2 laptops and a desktop all wirelessley. I would like to connect a third laptop but have now lost the CD…
Is there a way in which i can install the printer for wirless use on my laptop without the CD?

All In One Brother Printers Hit Best All In One Printers Lists
While many computer enthusiasts might have heard of the more common brands on many lists of the best all in one printers, many may not have realized that there’s a rising star known as the all in one Brother printers. These printers are quickly rising as one of the most popular and best all in one printers in the industry.

a few ways you can do it
Either get a print server, connect the printer to the hub, router or switch, enable your print sharing, and either computer can use the printer whenever they want – easy as pie.
Or, you can connect the printer to one computer, and use that as a gateway like you would internet through one computer to do your printing from the shared printer.
Only thing baout that is you would need to keep that computer on for the second one to utilize the printer.
So either get a wireless print server
Acabled printer server, that plugs into your router hub,
or connect printer to one computer,

How do you check the toner levels on a Brother (MFC-9420CN) Laser Printer?
The message on the printer indicates Toner Out but does not indicate which color is out: Black (K), Yellow (Y), Cyan (C) or Magenta (M). There is no indication of toner levels on the status monitor.
Use the LCD screen and print out or read the “supplies status page, it will indicate the toner levels

Kids love markers, but moms don’t always enjoy spending all that time at the sink trying to get colored faces and hands clean.
Here are several ways you can safely (and quickly) remove these marks from skin:
# Soak a cotton ball in baby oil or baby lotion and rub until marker is gone. Use a q-tip or old toothbrush to get underneath fingernails.
# Rub a small amount of vaseline on marks, then wash the area with warm soap and water.
# Spread some shaving cream on a table, tray or high chair and let your child play with the shaving cream until the marks are gone.
# Spray some hairspray into your hands and rub gently over markered areas, carefully avoiding eyes.
Hairspray or shaving cream can also remove marker and other stains from your tables.

A Dell, because of their large color options. There is this one HP from Best Buy, that is a 14.1″ inch laptop, and you can get a Blue Bag and Mouse, but it may be out of budget. HPs are more reliable. Sony and Apple laptops are pretty expensive, but they are pretty reliable, as far as Sonys go from 2001 (I had one that lived until 2005, when it started having Crash Errors…)
